What you'll do:

As a Leadership Development Specialist, you'll support various NFA needs related to career development, staff engagement and organizational culture. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and facilitating programs that develop the leadership skills and key competencies of NFA employees and preparing future leaders to advance within the organization.
  • Collaborating with senior career development staff to identify skill gaps, create targeted development solutions and integrate initiatives into existing training programs to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience for NFA employees.
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear ownership, timelines and resource allocation for leadership development initiatives.
  • Evaluating program effectiveness through engagement metrics and assessments to refine initiatives as needed.
  • Supporting additional professional development initiatives as needed to contribute to NFA's overall learning strategy.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology or development, business Administration or related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Eight years of experience in leadership development, professional training or talent development
  • Experience in instructional design, including developing engaging training materials, modules and curriculum
  • Ability to analyze program impact and recommend improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills

 

Salary Range: $98,200 - $172,800
