When you join NFA as an Information Center Representative you'll join a high-performing team of dedicated professionals responsible for using the appropriate resources to provide correct answers to telephone inquiries.

What you'll do:
As an Information Center Representative, you'll support NFA's Information Center respond to inquiries from CFTC registrants, NFA Members and the public, covering a range of NFA-related topics. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to incoming calls from CFTC, NFA applicants, registrants and investors, summarizing responses which pertain to current NFA Rules and CFTC Regulations.
- Assisting callers with accessing NFA's Electronic Filing Systems and using them to complete filings.
- Maintaining awareness of NFA Rule changes, providing guidance and instructions for certain Compliance-related functions.
- Maintaining up-to-date procedures and resources for use in responding precisely to callers.
- Communicating with firms regarding pending and periodic filings.
What we're looking for:
- High school graduate with some college, customer service experience or basic industry knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong customer service skills with emphasis placed on professional communication skills
- Ability to articulate responses in a clear and concise manner
- Willingness to adapt to changes that may impact work schedule
- Ability to manage a constant flow of incoming calls
The salary range for this position is $50,600 - $84,300
